WELCOME TO YOUR NEW STORY
(with tools to help create it)

“Worthiness is CLAIMED, not earned. We are all born worthy.”
~Gail Kauranen Jones
We all have a story about ourselves that we carry within. Some parts of our stories can be sad, frustrating, self-critical, and limiting, especially during these historically challenging times.
Other parts of ourselves are inspiring—where we find the grit to move through tough times or delight in discovering our talents and gifts, such as the unique ways we may care for others.
I especially empathize with our teens and young adults who have been trampled by some of these external pressures at a critical developmental time in their lives, when they are also discovering who they are and how they want to be in the world.
TODAY BEGINS A NEW STORY, with tools to reclaim self-worth, strengthen resilience, and create lives of purpose, authenticity, and connection.
Through decades of coaching others through transition and trying times, this I know for sure: We heal and grow best when we are witnessed with love and compassion. In fact, being listened to in the full presence of another is key to transformation.
Most importantly, being SEEN, HEARD, VALIDATED, and ACKNOWLEDGED for WHO we are—not what we do—is how we build a strong foundation of worthiness. Many in our younger generations have had too much pressure put on them for how they perform, or to “look good,” due to the influence of social media. One of the greatest gifts we can give another is taking time to know them for their essence, the unique traits that make them feel seen.
In my new book, Born Worthy: Real Stories to Help Raise A Generation Who Knows Their Value, you will find a wide range of powerful, real-life stories from teens and young adults, ages 13 to 27, who I personally interviewed.
Wearing my hat as a former journalist, I tracked them down walking streets, in coffee shops and bars, on college campuses and on Zoom — engaging deeply in what really matters to them. I also am grateful for the many parents who trusted me by sending their children my way to be interviewed for this book.
These teens and young adults bravely shared the ways they are navigating this new world before them in hopes of helping others move forward from their lessons learned. Parents, educators and others who mentor them would greatly benefit from their insights, too.
Using my trainings in neuroscience and energy psychology, and wordsmith skills, I then guide each of them with customized statements for shifting their lives towards positive outcomes. Plus, the book includes a toolchest of techniques and exercises I’ve used for decades in helping clients transform their lives and create a strong foundation of worthiness for optimal outcomes.
I also am offering discounts for bulk orders to book groups, schools, non-profits, corporations and other organizations. To learn about the book or quantity purchases, or to get a signed copy of the book buying directly from me, at gail@bornworthybook.com.
I am delighted to share my national worthiness platform with the next generations, so they learn at much younger ages than many of us who mentored did, how to thrive from the inside out much earlier.
And a great, endearing surprise to me, is how many grandparents, aunts and uncles have inquired about purchasing the book, as they too want to support the younger generations in thriving in new ways.
I believe we all have the power to claim and live from our greatness within. The world needs each of our gifts.
Here’s to moving forward in unlimited new possibilities. Let’s own that power and keep dreaming BIG together. We are stronger in community, connected to people aligned with our values. Greatness can be one of them.
With love, hope and blessings,
Gail
