Hi, I’m Gail.
I’ve dedicated my life to helping people transform into the best versions of themselves, while discovering their inherent worthiness in the process.
My own journey has been quite a ride, beginning with childhood trauma and continuing through more than 40 years of healing, which taught me that we are not our circumstances, and we are not our past. There is a greatness within each of us.
Behind my straight-A grades and countless awards as a kid, I was a terrified, insecure young girl watching my mother (who was voted most likely to succeed in high school) struggle with schizophrenia.
I lived in constant fear, never knowing what I might witness or how I might accidentally set her off by saying the wrong thing. Mental illness was not talked about back then, so I kept everything I saw and felt at home a complete secret, ashamed of what others would think if they knew how frightened I really was.
I’m sharing that story because I know what it feels like to carry that kind of weight alone. I spent decades healing from those early traumas, training with some of the world’s best thought leaders, energy psychology healers, and neuroscientists.

ANOTHER DEFINING MOMENT:
In 2012, when I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I learned another valuable insight that changed my life and those of others I coach: Claiming your worthiness to live can extend your longevity, as shared by three health-related professionals, independent of one another.
Diving deep into understanding this concept. I quickly saw that getting to the root of worthiness is truly how we change all areas of our lives, not just health. Based on these insights, I expanded my coaching approach. As a result, many of my executive and other high achieving clients (who were outwardly successful) opened up in new ways and healed their early life wounds of not feeling SEEN, HEARD, VALIDATED and ACKNOWLEDGED for WHO they are, not just for what they do. That level of presence in being seen and valued in our essence is how we ingrain a strong foundation of worthiness.
My mission now is to help shorten the healing journeys for today’s young people who are facing challenges I never could have imagined, including dealing with the fallout from pandemic isolation, social media influence, anxiety, self-doubt, and overwhelm.
Fortunately, there are new tools available today, which I share in this book, that were not present when I was growing up. My unique approach combines cutting-edge neuroscience research with energy psychology and my highly intuitive, customized statements that shift mindsets.
